Automatic Storage Retrieval System Pallets

• Features - These pallets reinforced with talcum or glass fibre. They have ultra-high strength to with stand heavy loads and yield less than 10mm deflection on the rack
• Applications - They are specifically formulated for employing in ASRS (Automatic Storage and Retrieval System). They are also recommended for loads that can't be cross-stacked: e.g. drums

IntracoPallet have been tested to international standard. It must be handled by proper methods to avoid undesirable consequences. Please use the pallet within the stipulated General Rules stated below:

• IntracoPallet are designed only for the handling, storage and distribution of well packed goods. Please use accordingly.
• Never exceed the maximum load specifications of the pallets.

• IntracoPallet are made from thermo-plastic resin. Never place them close to fire or heater, strong acids or solvent.
• IntracoPallet become more brittle & slippery in cold room condition. Please use with care.
• Most IntracoPallet are equipped with anti-slip rubber. However, please pay special attention when handling in wet or oily conditions are the pallet may be slippery.
• Do not throw or drop pallet

• Do not modify the shape of the pallet to prevent the reduction of strength.
• Do not push loaded pallet on the floor, road or lorry; always lift it up before moving.
• Do not bang pallet edges using forklift forks even though pallet is empty.
• Forks must be fully inserted into pallet before lifting it.
• Always distribute goods evenly in cross-stacked manner over the pallet surface.
